PRODUCT AVAILABILITY & SUBSTITUTION
1.1 Subscriptions For subscription-based floral arrangements, we will select in-season flowers to create unique designs. The sample arrangements shown on our website are for illustrative purposes, representing size and style. Each delivery will feature a distinct arrangement with different flowers.
1.2 Occasions For special occasion arrangements, we strive to deliver the requested colors or the closest match. If supply issues arise or the flowers received do not meet our quality standards, we reserve the right to substitute with products of similar style, value, and quality.
PRICES & PROMOTIONS
2.1 Prices Due to the seasonal nature of flowers and external pricing fluctuations, prices may change at our discretion. We are not liable for compensation resulting from such changes.
2.2 Promotional Codes Promotions and discounts are available during specified periods and cannot be applied retroactively or combined with other offers. Personalized promotions are redeemable only by the designated recipient. We reserve the right to modify or withdraw offers without prior notice.
PAYMENT
3.1 Currency All prices are listed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).
3.2 Payment Methods We accept Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, local debit cards, FPX transfers, and e-wallets (e.g., GrabPay, Boost, Touch ‘n Go).
DELIVERY
4.1 Delivery Details Accurate recipient address details and additional instructions are required for successful delivery. We are not responsible for issues arising from incorrect or incomplete information.
4.2 Receipt of Deliveries Deliveries to businesses or hospitals may be left at the main reception. For condos or apartments, items left at the front door or management office will be considered delivered.
4.3 Delivery Areas We deliver within specified regions as outlined in our delivery schedule, subject to change.
4.4 Timing of Deliveries Standard delivery is between 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM. During peak periods, such as Valentine’s Day or Mother’s Day, delivery hours may extend from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
4.5 Deliveries to P.O. Box Addresses We do not deliver to P.O. box addresses.
4.6 Change of Address Last-minute address changes are subject to a fee of 25 MYR. Subscription orders require two weeks’ advance notice via email. Changes are effective only upon confirmation.

5.1 Delivery Failure or Damaged Flowers If delivery fails or flowers arrive damaged, contact us immediately. Include photographs within 24 hours to facilitate resolution. While we strive for perfection, factors outside our control may affect freshness after delivery.
5.2 Flower Care Proper care, including avoiding heat, direct sunlight, and maintaining fresh water, ensures longevity. Treat flowers with care to enhance their beauty and lifespan.
5.3 Balloons Float time and balloon conditions depend on environmental factors. Balloons may oxidize or deteriorate post-delivery, and we are not liable for such changes.
SUBSCRIPTION SUSPENSION & CANCELLATION
6.1 Suspension Process Suspend deliveries by emailing us before 12:00 PM on the preceding Friday. Suspensions are effective only upon confirmation.
6.2 Suspension Limit Subscriptions can be suspended for up to six weeks within a six-month period, with a minimum suspension of one week.
6.3 Subscription Extension Request extensions via email.
6.4 Subscription Cancellation Subscriptions may be canceled, but fees paid are non-refundable.
FORCE MAJEURE
We are not liable for delays or non-performance due to circumstances beyond our control, including weather, natural disasters, accidents, or industrial disputes.

8.2 Consent Providing personal information implies consent for its use. Consent for marketing can be withdrawn at any time by contacting us.
